Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Once shipped, most packages arrive in 3-5 business days, but please allow up to 8-13 business days total, as actual transit time can vary depending on your location and current stock availability.

Nyocu ships from multiple fulfillment locations, including warehouses in the United States and China. Your order will be fulfilled from whichever location has your item in stock and can get it to you fastest — this means delivery times may occasionally be shorter or longer than the standard estimate, particularly for international transit or during periods of high demand.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its progress from warehouse to doorstep.
